The infrastructure improvements in Lisi Topograph are now underway. Sector A received the first layer of asphalt on the road. The area’s fences, light poles, footpaths, outdoor parking lots, parks, and squares are all being upgraded.
The district’s infrastructural works will be completed in the fall of 2024, which greatly raises interest in the project; as a result, a price hike for the plots has been announced.
75% of the project’s land plots have already been sold, and residents have begun to actively build private homes. Today, over 100 residences have been designed.
Central communications (electricity, sewerage, Internet, gas, and water) are available to all plots in the district.
