LISI TOPOGRAPH
Lisi Topograph is a new, modern, private settlement of western-type, which is intended for only 244 families and is rapidly becoming the most prestigious and desirable place to live in Tbilisi.Only 500 meters from Lisi Lake, located on 41.8 hectares, there is an area that is fully adapted to the requirements of modern urbanisation. Its main idea also serves to create a comfortable, harmonious, and healthy living environment for people.

The Lisi Topograph is harmoniously integrated into the lake ecosystem and blends perfectly with the natural landscape bordered by mountains and the lake. Its unique location creates the ability to escape the city noise and live in your own house by the lake, in an eco-friendly environment. You can easily reach Lisi Lake on foot or by bicycle.

GREEN AND HEALTHY LIVING ENVIRONMENT
Preserving the recreational nature of the area is the greatest challenge of the project. The development plan was adapted to the recreational format. According to the development plan, most of the area will be covered by greened yards and parks. In total, up to ten thousand different types of trees will be planted on the territory.
The five green parks are the main attraction of the area. Here residents can socialize, relax and have fun.
COMPLETE INFRASTRUCTURE
An important advantage of the Lisi Topograph is its well-managed infrastructure, which includes well-equipped recreational areas with sports fields, water supply, plumbing, electricity, natural gas, and internet connected to the central communications of the city.
The area is also distinguished by fence systems, illuminated and paved roads that are 14 meters wide. The roads include two lanes for two-way traffic, a parking lane, two wide green sidewalks and a bicycle lane, which is 5 km long.
WELL-GROOMED AND PROTECTED AREA
Lisi Topograph is a closed and guarded housing area, access to which will be possible through a special access system with four central entrances. The guest entrance will be controlled by the security service. The area is maintained by a management company that will be responsible for the cleaning of the common areas, the maintenance of green spaces, sports grounds, and the proper functioning of the site.
